Products are shipped using Australia Post. Items will be shipped within 24 hours of your purchase between Monday and Friday.
Our customers are of highest priority and as a small family country business we endeavour to give our customers the best rates along with quality items.
Return & Exchange Policy
Items can be returned for 30 days after receiving your item for change of mind, dissatisfaction, wrong item or damaged item.
For items to be returned the item must be in the original condition that it was received in. It must not be worn or used and in the packaging, it was received in. Proof of purchase or a receipt is required.
To request a return please email us at email@example.com. Once your item is reviewed and accepted, we will send you information on how to return your item. A request for return must be sent for a return to be accepted.
If item is damaged or you have received the wrong item please contact us straightaway and we will resolve the issue. Please examine your item once it is received and get in contact with us if there are any issues.
Custom products such as personalised orders cannot be returned. If you have any enquiries or concerns about your item please contact us. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Once we receive and review the returned item, we will notify you and reveal whether or not the refund is approved or not. Approved refunds will be refunded to the initial payment method used. Your bank may take some time to process the refund.
